POINT-OF-SALE INCENTIVE (POSI)

Dealers earn a 1% rebate on all reported Goodyear®, Dunlop® and Kelly® tire sell-out data to the end user. Using third-party assistance, data is collected that provides Goodyear with valuable information which can be used to improve forecasting and future incentives as well as provide insights into the marketplace and retail/wholesale activities. This program is a requirement for Tire & Service Network and Commercial Tier & Service Network participants.

REWARDSPLUS

RewardsPlus is an incentive program exclusively for tire retailers selling Goodyear®, Dunlop® and Kelly® products. This program rewards participants who complete training courses and pass certification tests relating to tires, selling skills and programs. Once certified, participants can earn cash by selling qualified tires throughout the year.

The PSO is a web-based tool that helps you make informed decisions about the tires you order and stock for your business. The recommended inventory is based on the latest registered vehicle data in your local trade area. Stocking the tires that the customers in your area are most likely to buy can help you enhance your cash flow, increase tire sales at your location and help you optimize your product offering.

GOODYEAR E-COMMERCE

For years, Goodyear has been connecting consumers to aligned Goodyear retailers on the web. A growing number of these consumers are looking for the ability to buy online. Goodyear is teaming up with its retailer and wholesale distribution networks to make it possible for consumers to buy tires online at Goodyear.com and have them installed at an authorized Goodyear retailer. The Goodyear.com Ecommerce Program enables our aligned tire retailers to become authorized service providers for these online purchasers and develop a relationship with new consumers.

Goodyear initiated Boot Camp training to improve sales results with laser-focused instructor-led sessions. The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is committed to providing educational services that evolve with technology. TIA offers Basic Training (200 Level) for automotive, commercial, farm, earthmover and industrial tire service. Every employee in the shop requires basic training, and TIA can help by offering a variety of programs that are easily accessible and designed to meet minimum federal training standards. The 200 Level series is directed toward new hires and experienced employees that need documented proof of training or a refresher course. All TIA Training and Certificate Programs have provisions for students to receive a TIA Certificate of Completion once they successfully complete the final test.
